Determine Bore Size on used stiffi carbon Fiber?

How do I determine the bore size of a used carbon fiber stiffi barrel a friend gave me?

It's a 16" stiffi (carbon fiber), and i'm trying to find th ebest paint to match up with the barrel. However, since the stiffi carbon fibers come in .687 .689 and .691 I don't know hwo to tell which I have. I hope I don't have a .691 cuz that's too big for me, I'd rather a .689 its good average imo.

If I have a .689 bore size, what caliber paint should I get?
Which should I get for a .691?
Which caliber should I get for .687?

Thanks guiz

It should say on the back, most likely engraved. Unscrew the two pieces and look on the back piece. The paint sizes vary quite a bit even if they're the same brand and type, so you're kinda screwed.
