Flat line barrel & Ball breaks

I heard around on the internet people say that their tippmann a5 with rt or egrip and a flat line barrel on it have allot of ball breaks when they are shooting fully automatic. Is this because of the flat line barrel, the paint, both or something else?.

It must be the paint because I use a flatline (sometimes) and even on full auto I never have a problem with balls breaking.

mostlikely it's the paint. but it could be a number of other things. it could be that you're outshooting your hopper and chopping paint, it could be that your velocity is set too high, it could be that your marker hates you or that you saw your aunt naked once...but I digress.

what sort of paint are you using?

well I noticed a big difference between between quality paint and cheap paint. The quality was tomahawk paint and never had really trouble with ball break then. With the cheap paint somesort of rainbow paint I had ball breaks. But I don't have a flat line barrel, but I because I heard people say about having alot of ball breaks with their flat line, I wondered if it was just mainly the flat line or it are more reasons why it happens
