Switching barrels

I have a Tippmann Model 98 Custom and I would like to get a AK-47 barrel kit at my local paintball shop. Its a nice price for $40 that comes with a barrel. My friend who works there says the barrel isn't the best, so I am planning to get a 14 or 16 inch JJ barrel to replace my PMI barrel. What I would like to do is to swap barrels from the AK kit with the JJ barrel. Has anyone done something like this before without screwing up their gun? Or know of anyone who can do this?

Also, is the JJ barrels pretty good overall?

the J&J barrel is the best barrel that you can buy at a budget price. I highly recommend it.

The important thing to know is that it it'll slip into the foregrip you're trying to put on your marker. if it's too small, you can alwasy shim it. but it's ti's too large you may run into issues with boring out the foregrip.

In all reality, what advantage does the cool looking foregrip do besides look cool?
