2pc barrels vs 1pc.

Whats the pros and con of each and why 2pcs cost more?

On another note I want a j&j barrel for my UL what's the best size?

Two piece barrels can have the ability to have multiple sized backs
No matter what size paint you're shooting, if you have a two piece barrel kit, you will be able to get the correct paint/barrel match
They are also quite a bit more expensive than one piece barrels

One piece barrels are economical
No ability to size barrel to paint, you just have to go with what you got

Not AZN level price, there's not too many electro markers priced at the same level as the Talon.

Well, let me elaborate
Past 8" barrels don't get more accurate, the extra length can help push though brush for woodsball, and press in bunkers for speedball

I personally shoot 12" to 14"

".68 caliber" paintballs range in actual size from .678" or so to .695."

matching your paint size to your barrel's bore size increases efficiency and consistency, so players will often own multiple barrels or a "set" that allows them to interchange based on the size of the paint they are shooting that day.

As far as the one-piece vs two-piece design, go with whatever works for you. It's more personal preference than anything.

The only reason 2 piece barrels exist is to allow players to change the rear portion of the barrel. Most 2 piece barrels have backs that come in a variety of sizes. Swapping backs on a barrel can let you match your paint like Riddler described.

All J&J barrels are self cleaning, and the two piece will come in any size back you want, there is not "stock bore"

Stiffi makes tips for a few different barrel systems, I know they fit to dye ultralight backs.

The 2pc also self cleans, the bore is a .689 i believe.

J&J won't sell backs individually. Did you purchase a full tile 2 piece?

J&J does sell backs individually, you just have to buy directly from their website
