bore sizes

So im probably going to get a Custom products CP advantage barrel for my invert mini which bore size is going to be the most universal for paint, a .685 or .689?

where i'm from, i'd say .689 down there... .685 might work better

they way paint is getting smaller, i've not even used my .685 bore size in a while. Then again, I under bore.

Yup, underboring I haven't touched anything larger than .682 since living in Arizona.

With an open-bolt semi, it's a lot less critical, but I definitely need to underbore with my pumps and 'cockers.

Paint around my parts lately has generally been .682ish, tops. Underboring between .675 and .679, usually.

In Chicago, in the rain.... I want to say the largest underbored insert i used was a .684. I often find myself using a .682 or .679.


Being that you're down in Arrrr-Kansas... If you had to make a single choice, .684 would be my selection for under, and .689 for over.
