Which is better the J&J Ceramic or the Dye Xcel?

I have a 14 inch Dye Xcel on my 98c and i have heard so many good things about the J&J Ceramic and was wondering if the change would be worth it and which paintballs would work best if so? Thanks

just keep the Xcel, the Ceramic is nice though. You don't have to squeegee it because after a few balls it cleans itself.
