G3 Won't cycle for anything..

I just got a G3 in a trade, it worked well at first then I did my usual and cleaned every spec of it, even the noid. When I put it all back together it fired great at first and not it will barely cycle 1/2 way. I've tried: 2 bolts, 2 back caps, 2 regs, different dwells, ridiculous pressures, eyes on and off, lubing and relubing, changing orings, 3 batteries, and NOTHING. Any help is appreciated at this point..

describe "barely cycle 1/2 way." Is the bolt sticking back (or forward), or what?

the first thing I'd do is reset it to factory settings - set the dwell and pressure to stock. you might want to check to confirm that you didn't crush the reg seat while you were cranking on the reg, and that you re-assembled it properly after taking it apart. also make sure the marker is only oiled very lightly.

By 1/2 way I mean that the bolt shoots less than half way forward into the breech. I didn't crush the reg seat, and I tried 2 different regs as stated above so that ruled out. I've reassembled and lubed over 7 times with lights application of Sl33k, Monkey Poo and I've even tried Dow 55. I already reset the board to stock and tried it with absolutely no luck.

the bolt only going halfway into the breech before reversing direction and returning to the back position could only be a few things... Bad bolt stick, a bad board (or the dwell is still wrong), a serious airflow issue (perhaps you put the noid back together wrong?) or a reg/pressure issue. Remember, the air in the dump chamber is what's pushing the bolt forward, so as long as the pressure is right, the only issues can be bolt stick, the board having the solenoid cut in too early, or the noid failing to switch.


Let's rule things out...

Are you using a reg tester to ensure that the marker is receiving 170-180 psi?

If by reg tested you mean an asa with a gauge on it, then yes I am using one. I'm reading just under 200 psi.
My dwell was set at stock then I upped it.. alot and no change
I have also used monkey poo which supposedly gives little to no bolt stick

I don't trust paintball gauges any further than I can throw them. Oh well. Ensure to the best of your abilities that the reg is in the vicinity of 180, and leave it alone. If the bolt is only lightly lubed, and the o-rings are good, then leave it. Make sure the board is set to factory settings, and don't touch that, either. Do, however, confirm that your solenoid wires are connected properly and not pinched or otherwise damaged. Now, unless you found a problem with the 'noid wires, re-rebuilt that solenoid. If you can rule everything else out but the unlikely possibility of a fried board, then it's the 'noid.

Alright here's what I've done:
I rebuilt EVERYTHING except solenoid, I don't have the orings
I cleaned the noid
Tried 2 different: Bolts, Back caps, Regs, ASA's, and boards
Tried 3 different Macro lines
5 Different Batteries
I have also cleaned out all the air passages in the body to make sure they weren't fully of lube

The noid wires look fine and it will fully cycle, but with a dwell of 25ms and a high input pressure. I have tried resetting both boards to stock and it didn't affect a thing and I have tried slowly increasing pressure while shooting and nothing changed there either.

and Nothing has really changed, except the cycling pressure seems to have lowered a hair.
