Do you have paint?

If not, did you turn the eyes off?

Make sure you have eyes off or paint, turn the air on. Fresh battery in board. If you do all that it should work. I've heard of the factory lube guming up the solenoid. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, buy if that was the case it would still shoot but poorly.

Is it brand new from dangerous power?

Is the high pressure regulator set properly?

to be honest, we are sorry you are having issues but you are not the only one this has ever happened to, DP has had a habit of not quite making sure everything works when it leaves the factory

did you put a BRAND new name brand battery in it? or just grab one you had kicking around?

While I will say I still hate the G5 for it's performance, they fixed the QC issues for the most part by the time of the G4.

Welcome to Dangous Power.

Seriously, though, before you do anything else tear it down, wipe off the lube, and relube it with good grease - NOT DP's SWILL.

does the bolt return back when you air up? if not like riddler said, clean all the DP lube off and use a dow33. if that doesnt fix it then you most likely have an air problem
