Ok so I fixed it today and we played, like you said i just wiggled the line and pushed it in a little and it was fine. but i noticed that it wasnt shooting as fast or every trigger pull. last time i had this problem i lubed it all and it was fine, however i lubed it today and it didn't do anything. i did use a not paintball brand lube... any ideas? thanks.
no, oil definitely isn't, but if it's molykote 55 (dow-corning 55), then it's designed to slightly swell orings for a better seal. However, because the orings in your SLG need to move, swelling them will cause drag, which will cause velocity issues. Better to use a thin synthetic lubricant.
if thats the case your going to have to rebuild it because the rings that are now in it are junk. go grab some dow-33, clean your marker out and rebuild it with new rings and try again
