How to disassemble, lube, and reassemble evolve bolt kit?

Couldn't find a thread on bolt lubing over at PBN. It used to be stickied but apparently got deleted, so I was wondering, could any of you give me a link or hit me up on AIM with how to lube my bolt?

Thanks.
