My TM-15 stopped working

Durning Christmas time, I ordered a TM-15 Terrapat Camo and it arrived one week before Christmas day. I used it for the following three months and then, at the next day of playing on Saturday (so it was Sunday) I decided to turn on my TM-15. To mu surprise, it was not turning on, so I changed the battery and It did not work either, I even tried with a third battery, not even a blink of the light. So I opened my marker to see what was the problem, but I found nothing, everything was perfect. I called paintballsolutions.com and they told me that the problem might be de board and they already sent me one, but I still think there might be something I can do.
Does anyone know what might have happened?

the buttons on those sometimes do funny funny things. im not sure about the tm board though but i had a case where the on/off button decided it wanted to be difficult and stop making a connection so i had to press very hard, it still worked but i eventually replaced it because it was getting frustrating

but as long as you have the battery in the correct way and are using a name brand then it has to be something with the board

Ok, I just recieved the board but I cannot remove it, is just that the board is connected to some cables, and I am suppose to disconnect dose cables and connect them to the new one, and I am afraid to break something, so which is the right way to remove them? Should I just use force or what?:
