How to attach pictures?

okay, i have a bmp photo, but i cant seem to change it to jpeg or any of the other types of files, can someone lead me threw all of this? thx

open it in paint, click save as, name it whatever.jpg. It works in most programs, not sure about paint though. try all of your photo editing programs.

it worked, it went into a jpeg file, but its too big, how do i resize it?

Irfanview works great for viewing and adjusting/sizing/converting pictures. You can't do any graphical editing but it's a small program that's great for prepping pictures. As a bonus it's free!

First use the resize/resample or crop function to reduce the file size then pick "save as" to save it as a jpg.

now its too small, when i increase it the picture turns into bad quality, now what?

its the camera, it isnt like a high tech one, i gotta adjust it physically on the camera lens, ill see if i can make it better, but dude thanks a lot, i owe u
