Post the picture you want for you avatar here and I'll fix it so it meets the requirements for you.

If you can't attach it here, PM me for my email address.

Most people don't make theirs, they find them. There are literally millions, if not more, of animated .gif's floating around on the internet.

Judging by what you've posted here, I'm going to jump to conclusions and say that making your own animated gifs is a little beyond your current ability. I can make them, but I'm generally too busy, so unless it's something really unique I'll probably have to pass on doing it for you.
However, FainTB, Autocockerrocker, and Infinite can all make animated .gif's and will probably be glad to do one for you.

Well, you're not really "lowering the bytes", you're creating a more compressed file, which will in turn be of smaller file size.

I'm guessing it's either a .bmp or .jpg as it is now, so what you'll need to do is convert it to either a .gif, or save it as a .jpg with a higher compression ratio.

Do you have photoshop? If not, what program are you trying to use to do this? Also, you don't have to have an angelfire account to attach images. Just use the "attach file" button below the box where you type in your post.
