Victory board for Reloader B?

I have an empire reloader B for my DM4 but, I want to get a victory board. Can you put a victory board in the reloader B or do I have to get a Halo? If it will work in my reloader, will it work as described (35+bps)?

I know tournaments are capped at 15bps but, I just want it to mess around with.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Im not 100% sure but i would think the victory board would need to be hooked up to the Halo eye system to work. Reloader B's have no eyes as you know. I could be totally wrong here but i dont believe you can

The only way it will work is if you buy the board and yoiu buy the eyes and the wires for the eyes. Also...a V35 only feeds a max of 28 bps.

You forgot the most important thing. The Reloader B is a Halo B with Rip Drive, Empire pieces (shells, jewels, backplate), and sound activation. This is why you often hear people say things such as "Reloader B's do not have problems with dark color paint." because it doesn't use eyes to do so, like the Halo B does.

What makes the Reloader B sound activated? The board. If you change the board to another, non sound activated, board it will no longer be sound activated and you will need eyes.

You would need eyes to do it.

I'm trading my reloader for a Halo soon so I can get an angry board in it without having to do too much.

A Reloader B and a Halo B are actually really different. The Halo has eye sensors in the neck that detect motion of paintballs. The Reloader is sound activated, it doesn't have eyes, it has...ears. This will ultimately be better because it will feed everytime you shoot and not have trouble seeing dark colored paintballs which the Halo's eyes do have trouble with sometimes. Plus they can feed through a ball break in the neck if one occurs, the Halo cannot because the eyes would get blocked by the paint, and not feed until they are cleaned.

Fastest I've seen a Victory Board halo B do is 28bps. on a rapid fire Mag and Viking many times over. Reloader Bs have been known to feed up to 28bps. aswell even though they may just say 22bps.+ on the box or whatever.

Reloader Bs will also be alot better on batteries than the Halo B will be with the Victory Board, they've been known to eat up batteries unlike Reloader Bs.

Reloader Bs also have different speed settings which you can choose from to best fit your speed. They also have 4 and 6 9v. battery packs which can take off some of the weight, and also lower the speed which may be a good thing.

The Angry Board for the Halo B is nice though, I'll give you that, but once again, I would still take my Reloader B.

Only downfall with the Reloader B is that their shells are not made of lexan (very strong) like the Halo B's. But, they are able to fit in the lexan shells.

If I had to choose between a Reloader B or a Halo B again, I would have still gone with my Reloader B.

Think you meant 4 and 6 AA battery packs, just to clarify.

you could buy the 2 9 volt mod, or make one your self. i think the 18 volts with that would be better than the 6 AA pack. and rechargeable 9 volts are really 9.6 volts, so you get like 19.2 volts using those, plus they last for a long time.

also you could get a delrin drive cone, i think its lighter than the regular plastic one, so there will be less drag on the motor with weight and stuff... basically the weight reduction allows the motor to spin faster, plus the delrin cone is practically indestructible.

All of the rechargable 9v i've seen are 8.6V except for the ones that are specifically made for paintball.

Ya, sorry, meant the 4 and 6 AA packs.

The 2 9v. adapter does not give the loader 18v. or whatever, it gives it like 9 something, but they last longer than the AA packs and weigh less. The battery packs are really the best way to go. I've seen one that last 4 - 5 cases a charge, and weighs less than the 2 9v. Aand I'm pretty sure that the rechargeable 9v. batteries give out less power than normal 9vs.

The different drive cones don't differ too much in weight, and the motor probably wouldn't be spinning any faster due to such a small change.

Correct, they give 9v to the board/motor becuase the adapter is made in a parrelel. Pretty much it justs last a while

And as for paintthecat......For two rechargable 9v's and the charger...it costs $60. I'm not going to waste my money on that when i can get free 9v when i need them.
