why not go to the hopper subforum?

The answer is right there in hopper upgrades 101.

a rip drive manually feeds balls into your gun when the batteries run out on your halo. This is needed because unlike other guns you can't use your hopper without batteries by shaking it. It ccan also be used sometimes to clear jams.

it's okay. A lot of the common questions have been answered, and the answer is usually in a sticky. Just check ur subforums, try a search, and if u get nothing. THEN make a thread.
