Hopper drop test VIDS!

I got really bored today so I did 6 drop tests with 2 hoppers, a 12 Volt Revvy (Stock), and the same Revvy with an Egg 2 Impellar, then a Egg 2 (stock) and with a Revvy Impellar. So here they are, this does kinda help if you are looking to buy these and want to see them modded or normal. THE VIDEOS DO WORK JUST GIVE THEM A MINUTE OR SO TO LOAD!

yep, I also found out that the egg with the revvy impellar will feed 21 BPS instead of 18 with the stock impellar.

I was told this morning in a thread that drop tests proved nothing...I was explaining how a friend and I drop tested a halo b and a z-boarded egg, they were equal in speed...I was made fun of...

The egg just doesn't feed that 21bps in a game.

Drop tests for eggs are not very accurate.

If you wanted to test the bps get a gun that ramps to as fast as the hopper will go like a timmy with tadao, and just have it ramp the whole time as fast as the hopper will go, and use what the lcd says to really see how fast they are feeding.

eggs are different because they have a lomnger feed neck, if you cut it down then its more accurate

If you cut down your feedneck with an egg when it's on your gun it makes it slower just so you know.

818_Baller- sorry but thats wrong, the feed neck uses gravity and the balls just push it, the closer the impellar is to the breech the faster its gonna feed because the impellar is doing more work than the gravity.

Pr0p3t- I only did the drop tests to show people who are interested in getting the hopper what it feeds like so they have a basic idea, a visual aid is always better than writing IMO

No eggs have a lot of ball stack, which helps the feed rate.

the egg can then fit about 16 into the propellor and fed neck at one time with the revvy impellar in there, stock it fits 10 so it gets a bigger edge. The egg impellar doesn't get in the way of the feed hole on the revvy and it actually catches the bals and when they hit the feed neck drop they just fall in so it feeds faster.

i'm gonna be at the field tommorow so i'll see if i can get a vid, one of my friends plays PSP and he practiced a few times with Infamous and he shoots an A bomb timmy and he used his back up egg with Y-board and revvy impellar and it kept up pretty good, he could keep it at about a solid 19 BPS.
