During a game today, I was shooting madly at someone and my hopper just..stopped working for some reason, the light was still on, but the thing on the inside wouldn't turn...if I turned it off and back on it would work for a while, and then have the same problem...the hopper had been on for a long time, so I dunno if something had to do with the batteries, or if the batteries are dead, or what... the light on the reloader is red now, instead of green like it used to be and it's also harder to turn on...but yeah, anyone have any ideas as to what's up?
Check wires. The wires may be loose, which explains why you have to push harder to turn it on and how it may randomly turn off. Replace the batteries if you havn't.

If you can't fix it, send it to empire w/ a description of what's wrong. They'll fix it for you for free, and even pay for return shipping! Empire/NPS customer service is great. I screwed up my reloader b's and they fixed em no problems.
I don't think it's the battery...because I just replaced the battery with brand new batteries from the paintball shop, and it's still doing the spazzing red and green...I dunno...I think I'm going to have to send it in...
It's still acting up, it's still acting like it's running low on batteries...and it's not, bc I've changed batteries twice...
