a revvy with an evo should be able to keep up. it's a good hopper to start with, and when or if you buy a new one, a good one to have as a backup

I wouldnt. Eggs are made of cheap plastic, they break alot. If you have the money now, Get a Halo B or Reloader B, then you don't have to worry about another hopper if you get a faster gun. For now though, a revvy will be perfect for your gun. You can find one cheap here in the b/s/t forums I'm sure.

don't get the egg, because its just an agitating hopper, get a force feed(halo b, empire b) one if your gonna spend over 65$ on a hopper. But a revvy will be fine cuz they are cheap

No he can delete threads. Just delete your first post in the the thread, by clicking EDIT, and then it gives you the option to delete post. Delete your first post in the threads you made.

dude, an egg is force feed not agitated, it actually pushes the balls down into the feed neck, unlike an agitated that just stirs them to get them to drop consistently. Just look inside an egg and it is obvious it is force feed.

While an Egg does push the balls into the feedneck, it does not maintain pressure on them once the feedneck is full. Therefore, it is not a force feed. The Halo B is a true force feed because it maintains down pressure on the stack even while it is not actively feeding.

And 4d3p7, QFT = Quoted for Truth. The Egg is a Viewloader eVlution II.

Edit: BTW, my vote is for a Halo B. with or without rip drive. You can usually find one cheap on the Bay or other places. People always say to not waste money on a cheap HPA tank cause you can use it later when you upgrade markers. Well, I say the same thing for a hopper. If you can find one for a price you can afford, why not get a Halo and then you'll already have it when you get a nicer marker. I mean, I'm sporting a Halo B on a Piranha SRT. Whatever else happens, I've got that hopper issue covered.

im not trying to start a flame match here, but because the arms inside the egg's cup are flexible, the rubber arms flex and actually press on the balls in the feedneck. You can feel the pressure being pushed down on them if you let an egg drop feed for about 1-2 secs, then cover the neck with your hand, and you can feel the pressure that the hopper is pushing on the balls, this is still force. Now, mind you it is not quite the force of the halo's but it is still significant force that gets the job done. But ya, I would definitely agree, if you have the cash... NEVER scimp out on a hopper or a tank because these are upgrades that can stay with you forever, which means lots of money saved in the long run.
