Keep the revy until you can afford a halo.

Ya, Eggs have really crappy durability issues. Save for a Halo or buy one used, they can be very cheap.

How long have you had it? Do you play aggressively? How fast is it supposed to feed? How do you know it feeds as fast as it's supposed to feed?

Used Halo B is your best bet. Before I had my Halo, I borrowed an Egg for my Ion. The hopper really couldn't keep up.

I felt the same way about my egg when I had it. I use to say that it was the best loader out, and that it was better than a Halo. Just wait till you guys get a Halo. I'd imagine you'd do the same thing.

depends if you play tourny ball or woodsball. tourny ball = halo b | woodsball = eggII or revvy.

If you guys arent having neck trouble then either you don't play hard enough, or you got lucky.

Save up and get a halo B. Much better than the egg in almost every aspect.

if they had desivned it so teh hopper was over the feedneck, there wouldn't be a problem with them snapping. but with all the weight constantly pulling at it, it's not a neck flaw, it's a complete design flaw. I dunno what they were thinking when they designed it but they screwed up big time.

say wait it out a little longer and get the velocity, once they work the bugs out(a few more months..just wait) it's gonna be the best hopper on the market. people with halo's will be kicking themselves because they don't have one.

Not to mention, but the material used to make the neck, and really all of the loader, is rather weak when compared to a Halo. Plus, the neck is two pieces. I know, so is a Halo's, but they are different. They aren't built to last, so to speak, which in combination with the brittle material makes for a bad design. And the battery door. First of all, the batteries wouldn't ever fit snug in there. So, they would be able to slide up/down. I had to stick something inbetween the door and the bottom of the batteries so that they would stay up against the 9v. connectors.

A Halo has corrected all of these problems.

Go for a used Halo before a new Egg. And they are found cheaper too.
