Halo problems

Hey guys, I'm having problems with my halo. I had one a while back, but it was stolen (it was a Halo A). I've decided to get back into paintball so I got a Halo b with rip and victory board for ~80 bucks on ebay. Now heres the catch. I just put new batteries in it (the old ones were dead) and cleaned it out. When I turn it on, the light blinks green three times then red once, then it flickers from green to red back and forth. I've read up a little bit and that is apparently because of a jam. I've cleaned the eyes though, and there is no paint in the hopper...and this still happens. I'm beginning to think the motor is out, because I have never seen it turn (I have no paint, but my old hopper would at least turn when it didnt see paint) I'm feeling like I got screwed now because the board only had a sticker of V35 on it, but it doesnt have red capacitors on it like other v boards i've seen. Um...Help?

Try replacing the batteries again. Throw in a fresh 9volt.
