Hopper choice

Hey I'm plannin on gettin a dp g3 within the next few days and I'm not sure which hopper to go with. I'm really likin the new dye, but I haven't found anything on it saying it's good or bad. But I'm also looking at the new empire loader. Im leaning more towards the dye tho. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should get out of these or any suggestions on a different choice? Thanks for your help in advance any and all help is appreciated

Hey I just checked out the thread again after awhile and I don't think the 2 hoppers I'm talking about have been added. I'm thinking about the new dye rotor or the empire prophecy.

o i LOVE it, i got it last week so really iv only tested it and disasembled it, but i gave it a lot of scrutiny when it arrived, dye sure did their homework when they made this thing, toolless disasembly is crazy awsome, and attention to detail is very high, for example, in order to take the top half of the shell off you have to flip the locking tab up and then push the button under it in, then the top shell comes off, but lets say you are in a rush before a match, you throw the top shell on but forget to push the locking tab down, well thats ok, because of where they placed it as soon as you close the lid it will push the locking tab down into place, so you cant play and leave it open to the chance of the top shell flying off. it uses touch to sence paint, which means there basically is no board, its an on/off switch, but it is a true force feeder, it keeps tention on the ballstack so the spring will push the next ball into the breach before the motor has to kick on. contrary to what Dye says i havnt found anyone that has fit a full 200 in it, i managed 190 though. those little view windows they put on it, while a decent idea, i think they are placed a little too high to be of uses, also if you are indoors or its a cloudy day i dont think enoufgh light would get into the hopper for you to see your paint level. the drive system is just flat out amazing but theres plenty of videos on the net for you to check that out. the only two things i can think would be better on this hopper (well 3 if you want to count the windows) #1 is the placement of the adjustment for the tention on the ball stack, it is burried behind the motor, so in order to get to it you must take the motor and circutry and batery harness out when it wouldnt be too hard in my mind to put it on the other side of all that so in order to get to that you wouldnt need a screwdriver, you would take all the drive cone and gears out that you can without tools then take the one allen wrench they give you and turn it in or out. the other thing is the screws that hold the motor, circut board and battery harness in are screwed into plastic, after multiple removals its not a far guess to think these wont hold very well, and since you have to remove these to reach the adjustment for the tention on the ballstack it would have been a much better idea to screw these into metal

granted your not going to be getting at that adjustment a lot and if i was id just drill a hole in the back of the hopper so i could just reach it with a allen wrench whenever i wanted to, if your not going to buy before this weekend i can get you a better review as i am really going to put it through its paces playing
