Except the Too shells are SIGNIFICANTLY stronger, and Too board is sound activated instead of eyes.

It can, but it's a much more frail shell than the Halo Too shell, so it wouldn't be worth spending money on it.

Picked up the Halo Too last weekend and used it for the first time. Performed flawlessly all day. Cant compare it to the other as I have no experience but I'm happy with the Too thus far. Fits my Mini like a glove.
