I've been looking at thee Evlution 3 and Evlution 4
Is the 4 worth the extra 20-30$

Evlutions aren't worth the money regardless of which one. If you want a budget hopper, go with VL's EyeForce for about the same price as the Evlution 3. They hold the same amount, don't spin around, shells don't explode if they're looked at wrong, lid doesn't break when you attempt to open it because of the poor design, are still fast enough for any rec player or light tourney use, easy to clean, reliable, and get pretty good battery life.

If you want something just a bit better look at the Invert Halo Too. Antijam freeway stock, sound activated board with 6 settings (same as Reloader B2), and shells are very durable (very similar to the Rotor shell material). And About the same price as an Evlution 4.

Both of those hoppers are heads and tails better than any Evlution.
