Concerned about kijiji rotor

Alright guys. This dude put up a dye rotor on kijiji for 150$. It's a v4 grey cubix with a dye cam top so it doesn't even have the matching parts as far as I know. He has a virtue soft cycle and an hk speed feed in it too. Says he has shot 3 casses through it and its a few months old he just wants a spire now. Would you guys buy this thing? I was only able to sell my rotor with a KM dagger speed feed for $120 and I was kinda shocked it sold for that much, if that tells you anything. It's really hard to kill a rotor though, I wouldn't be concerned about it not working.

That's what I asked him to bring it down too. He said he couldn't do it for that price. I think I'd rather buy a new one if I get the money together

What's so special about spires that rotors don't have or do?

They hold more paint, while having as low of a profile.
They don't jam on small paint (an issue not EVERYONE has, but enough have it)
They're just as easy to take apart.
Even EASIER to swap between a speed feed and lid.
