Not AZN level price, there's not too many electro markers priced at the same level as the Talon.

o man, i had to do a face palm at this part

The mini, lacking an LPR, is quite rough on paint stock due to its high pressures and bolt design

the whole marker operates off of 200 psi and in the manual even suggests using a LP tank

i see no improvements over the NDZ derlin bolt that is already out there, in fact, at least the NDZ one comes with o-rings on it

While the mini does operate at a relatively low pressure, because of having no LPR, the bolt cycles at 200psi instead of sub 100psi pressures some other markers wih LPR's cycle at, which makes the Mini is rough on paint
That's why if you see he videos of people trying to shoot brittle paint with their mini's, all you see is smokescreen

The Eigenbolt also uses two orings
There is one oring on the bolt, and a second oring on a part replaces the bumper oring on the bolt guide that seals he inside of the back of the bolt

In any case, for the price, I'm very excited to see what this bolt can do
I'll be reviewing the bolt as soon as I can

i was saying at least the NDZ bolt CAME with o-rings on it, if this one shows up the way it was pictured you will have to use your own o-rings

iv never had any issues breaking paint with either bolt, but the lighter bolts do help reduce kick ill give them that

It's just a picture
The actual product will come with orings on it

I too have never had problems with breaking paint, but I've also never shot anything really high quality and brittle on a regular basis since it's so much more expensive
I'll be doing a side by side review with the most brittle stuff I can find to see if there is any improvement

sounds good, be sure and note if you are seeing barrel breaks or chops though

iv shot some evil paint before, that stuff was pretty brittle (best paint i have ever shot btw) expensive, flew increadably straight and broke fairly easily, PMI premium i have also liked, not as brittle as the evil but enough to not make a low end marker happy sometimes

idk about marbs, to be honest i cant remember if i have ever shot them (they are crazy expensive around me)

I'm thinking of going to the local proshop and buying a bag of the most brittle stuff they have and do 4 different tests

1 pod of paint at room temp with stock bolt
1 pod of freezer paint with stock bolt
1 pod of paint at room tem with Eigenbolt
1 pod of freezer paint wih Eigenbolt

I'll have the marker set at full auto and the fastest BPS setting with eyes on to simulate extreme conditions and chrono each test at 280 fps

If yall have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to chime in

For anyone that's curious
There have been some problems with the bolts, and Lurker is fixing them up before shipping them out

I haven't forgotten about this, just haven't received the bolt yet!
I should be getting mine in shortly

I'll also compare efficiency settings with low pressure settings to see if there's a difference

So the bolt just came in, just wanted to put out some prelim pics and first impressions

First thing I noticed was that the aluminum ring that replaces the rear bumper oring did not fit over the bolt guide
Upon further inspection, there was a thin line of raised metal, presumably from machining. A quick go over with a small hand file fixed the problem just fine

Next, the bolt did not fit as snugly over the bolt guide as the stock bolt did. Perhaps the stock bolt fits so tightly that it's detrimental to performance, and Lurker just machined the inside of the bolt wider, but it's something I noticed

Beyond that, I'm going to need paint and air to test the different bolts, head to head

Stay tuned!
I'll be making a new thread with the tests and results
