One other thing.... I was using a crossfire 70/4500 tank on my Spyder VS1 .... Will this thing plug & play right onto the Mini or will I have to adjust anything for output pressure? And if so... how??

Sorry complete noob here I would ask these questions on Pbnation where I bought the gun but there is way more flaming over there people have always been much more civil and grown up over here!

just go for it. nothing to change, if you need to change any pressure, it would be the operating pressure on the mini itself

You'll be fine with just plugging it in.

Cool thanks!!! Glad to finally be replacing the old Spyder VS1.... Not that it was a horrible gun, just not great.... And it sounded like a bazooka every time it fired and just dumped air! Lol

Not AZN level price, there's not too many electro markers priced at the same level as the Talon.

Sure will!

Had a couple issue's getting it figured out today (corrosion in power button, which I cleaned out and is now working). It also arrived with a stuck solenoid but I disassembled it and it's now functional. Hooked it up to an HPA tank and this thing is QUIET (At least compared to my old Spyder VS1, which sounded like a bazooka)!!!

Might run a couple rounds through it tonight or tomorrow!

put it on ramping, it's euphoric. A buddy of mine just got a mini and had the same issue with the solenoid, but all he had to do was put some air through it. I loaded him a tank with air and he had a blast in his back yard. The mini sure isn't my favorite thing, but it's a great mid level marker.

and holy crap that's a LONG tank regulator!

Haha I definitely can't wait to try ramping! I did some research on what I wanted to buy and kept coming back to the mini mostly because of it's affordability and it seemed easy enough to maintain/ work on. I also just got an e-mail form Kee and they said if I wanted to send it in for a new board it would be no charge to me for the repair or shipping... Not sure if I want to send it away after just getting it though

Yeah, if I didn't have my F8, I would have totally kept my Mini
It just wasn't getting any use though

As for a new board, if it's working, I wouldn't mess with it

Yeah I had to peel off a little thing that held the button in place and you cant just put it back on or anything.. as long as the board is screwed in place it can't go anywhere though so i'll most likely just leave it!

Forgot to address the "long regulator" comment by matrix..... Is this reg longer than average? or is the mini just so small making the reg look huge in comparison? I never really had a chance to compare it to any other tank and this is my first HPA tank so I wouldn't know lol. I thought about picking up a ninja reg but maybe that will happen in due time. for now i'd rather pick up an on/off asa first

Also after re-reading some e-mails from today... I didn't realize the guy I was e-mailing said they could send me a board out for me to install myself!!! Don't know how I missed that but I just sent an e-mail back asking them to please ship me a board out :-)

i would get the board for sure, long story short there is the v1 board and v2 board for the minis and the major difference is the power button, v1s had issues with the power button itself failing (happened to me) v2 fixed that, im not sure when they made the switch but it was long after the G2P4 minis started being produced, as far as i know it was the last change to the mini before the axe came out
