Shocktech SUPAFLY Problems or what?

I did a search and did alotta reading but my question never really got answered so im gonna ask you experienced guys and gals. First let me give you my setup then my problem.
2004 Imagine
Shocktech supafly bolt (delrin)
6 stage xchamber
20oz co2
assult block
Richocet 2YK hopper
32degree spring kit and whisper barrel

So im out playing today and i did what i thought was chop a ball. Well i cleaned barrel out and kept playin and it kept breaking balls left and right. So i walked back out to table and began to clean the gun. As i looked it the hopper it was green soup. I have never seen the inside of a hopper so bad. I was shooting new silver box podium xballs. Good bore to paint match. well i took the soft valve spring out of the front and went back to the previous weeks setup with the stock valve spring and stock velocity spring. cleaned everything up etc etc. Went back out and another ball came flying out of barrel busted. Well i removed hopper and looked and the paint was no where near as bad as before but still had paint in the lower portion of the hopper and all in and around the bolt and barrel. Well i removed the hopper and just dry fired the gun and noticed the co2 shooting up from the feed on the gun. Last week with the same setup i shot 1000 plus balls with NO breaks or chops. Im playing on semi mode. Why is this doing this? excessive blowback, excessive bolt chop? Is the bolt which i have used about 3-4 times wore out allready? i mean it dont fit tight as a bolt with o rings by no means but still. Should i be using the 32degree black valve spring(soft one) with the stock velocity spring or the heavy velocity spring? Im a little clueless as to which direction to go. So much money in a spyder and i cant even finish a game.
Thanks for any help guys and gals i know you all will come through for me. Also even last week i was just fooling around buti notice anytime i put my gun on full auto fast it will throw about 8 balls out before one comes out busted all up. I know i had good paint this week i just dont know whats up with this thing. Thanks

Doug

u have a REALLY poor bolt fit. Which causes blowback, making the balls fly up and then getting chopped by the bolt. only way to fix this would be a halo B (which might not even stop it) to force the balls in. Or get a new bolt, or trade straight up for a new bolt.

also, i think shocktech has a good warrenty. Tell them u have massic blowback with ur bolt and would like a new one.

I would suggest getting rid of the bolt and using either the stock one (if it has a front o-ring) or find one with a front o-ring. And everybody wonders why I think the supafly is subpar...
