Use a hammer and a punch. If you don't have a punch, you can use any number of things such as a hex key or small nail.

Drive the pin out by hitting it on the smaller side, which should be the side that does not have the * shape. Unless they changed the setup it's right side, looking down the frame as you would hold the grip.

just get a nail/hammer, then punch it out, your not gunna get anywhere being gentle with it, so just make sure the nail stays on teh pin, and whack away

If it won't come out try tapping it from the other side. If you hit it from the star side all you will do is damage the frame.

If it is jammed with dirt or something, you could try this.

Take two little blocks of wood and set them up so that the pin will fall out between them, but the frame is supported (take it off the gun if you haven't already). Hold the punch or nail in on the pin and then give it a good solid crack. Make sure you have the proper side facing up or you will probably damage it pretty good.

I haven't found a spyder pin that stuck good enough to take much abuse. I bet your either not hitting hard enough or you have the wrong side picked.
