Spyder pilot wont fire

I just bought my first electric marker, it's a Spyder pilot acs and I know very little about electric markers. I let it charge for a day but when I hook up the c02 and try to fire nothing happens, the safety light just turns back on. There is also a red battery light, I don't know if that means low battery of what. Any suggestions?

There's 4 or 5 different version of this Spyder gun. Which do you have?
Here's a list of manuals. Reading through one should help you understand how the board works, and what the lights mean. If you have eyes, you'll have a plastic cover running downt eh side of the gun byt he feedneck into the grip frame.

Ive read the manual, and I figured out the problem with the safety but it still wont fire. It has c02 and when i pull the trigger I can hear the solenoid, but it doesn't fire and it doesnt sound like there is c02 going through the gun.
