Anyone having problems with the palmer's stablizer?

I own an Imagine 04 and just got a palmer's stablizer regulator.

so now when i start to hook it up the airline that connencts to the regulator does not fit.

the screw part is to long for the fitting and when ever i stick in a filled tank it leaks at the fitting.

anyone have any ideas that could help?

If you are running with the kingman stainless steel hose, the threads for that will not fit the stablizer. Kingman uses metric threads on all their stuff, and the rest of the world is usning NPT threads. You will need to get an adaptor for that, then you will be good to go. Also, get some plumbers tape or locktite on the threads, that will stop your leaks.

did u try screwing the fitting into the reg, because that could be bad. If upi did, you might have messed up the threading, and you are going to get some major leaks

As said, the Stab is standard 1/8"npt and the Kingman hose is a weird Metric, thought the bottomline ASA is actually 1/8"npt also. I have no idea why they don't use standard air lines.

Just remove the stock Kingman air line and all associated fittings.

With the bottomline ASA bare, you should be able to go to any paintball shop and fit a standard 1/8"npt hose.
