Would This Work?

First, get two strong magnets. I took the two from a Tommy Hilfiger money clip. They fit inside the inside the little window that shows a victor's bolt perfectly. Put one on the back block, one on the bolt so that they attract each other. They should help pull the bolt back to decrease valve dwell time

where magnets go
Hmm, I was thinking the bolt would end of getting stuck and couldn't close to shoot a ball.

hmm, never seen that before. It might work, but the bolt shouldn't get stuck back, i would think the spring would push on it hard enough. I dunno, try it out and see..
