comp wiz problem

if you read my earlier post, I said I was having trouble with my computer.

I think it's firefox that's doing it!

when my firefox started freezing, my IE still worked fine. WTF?

What is so great about firefox?

I have no problems with IE, but everywhere I go on the internet I see "FireFox Users Look Here" because firefox doesnt work with the site or you have to do something extra because your "better browser" doesnt even work.

Firefox is less known. Therefore it has less exploits. Therefore it is safer.

IE = Vunerable

To spyware.... viruses?

I check with 3 spyware programs weekly and rarely find anything and I have no viruses.

That's how I was. Then I went to a music video website, a legit website, not **** or anything. I got bombed, my comp took a month to recover. It's safer in the long run..

Firefox is what IE wants to be when it grows up. A lot more customizable, pop up blockers built in, less exploits, you name it, firefox probably does it better.

I deleted my XP account and made a brand new one. Everything works fine now, I didn't install firefox just in case.
