If your running AGP 8x and want it under or around $100 then I would go for this:

I imagine you have 8x, and even if you dont, All of the cards that you can afford dont need the entire bandwidth of 8x, hell with my old 9600XT it suggested turning the AGP bandwidth down to 4x if I was having problems.

I would go with the 6600 Coolhipjim suggested, as it will blow the others out of the water. But if YOu MUST go with one of the ones you suggested, either the 9800SE(you may be able to unlock to all 8 pipes), or the 9600XT.

just a little update.....it turns out that the motherboard is fried. of course, i didnt figure it out until i installed the new graphics card. apparently the agp slot is burnt out as well as the memory slots. so, im prolly going to get a barebones system and put in my new card and transfer over all my drives.
