Its a domestic, i just love how it proves, when you put a turbo on a import, it gets alil quick, you put a turbo on some american muscle, make sure u stand far away.

Theres a few cars that run about that fast....theres a bluish purple skyline who makes quite a few 8.64 and 8.69 passes...I have a few videos of it.

And I doubt that car is 100% street legal...ok it has DOT tires(does it?)...and head/tail-lights thats prolly about it.

also has an inspection sticker

to be street legal, basically just gotta pass inspection, which includes head lights, blinkers, all the other neccessary lights, horn, proper brakes, things like that. Essentially, this is a chevelle, with a roll cage, a trick suspension, and a massive engine. To pass the emissions, im sure they richened it up and ran it off alcohol,

And those aint 100% slicks, they have tread, dont just assume by looking at the sidewall. There is tread on them tires

If it's running on alcohol, which is most likely is, it passed. Alcohol won't make the same emissions gasoline will.

passing emmisions = simple with a carb, all you have to do is go up alot on the jets and run alcohol, anything will pass if you run it on alcohol, you can have a engine that is missing 3 pistons, if you run it on alcohol it will pass emissions, lol

In some states 4 wheelers are legal. As long as it has a vin number and passes all the emissions and what not. Everytime I go up to South Dakota for vacation I see four wheelers with license plates.

I've driven a high 9/low 10 Viper and a low 10sec Fox body and they were plenty fast for me, that thing must be insane to drive on the road.

its pre-1974, 74 is when they made catalyac converters a must. And in jersey, you still have to pass emissions unless you have QQ plates

Not quite, in NJ it's not real clean cut. If you register it with QQ plates it doesn't need to be inspected. However, you can also register is as a collector car or street rod, which also don't need to be inspected, but don't have QQ plates. That's how my uncle gets away with having no cats on the Viper, it's registered as a collector car. However, all large commercial diesel vehicles regardless of year need to be inspected, unless they have QQ plates, but depending on the year and if it is turboed or not it has different requirements as to how clean it needs to be. Really screwy stuff.
