Straplocks.

I jusdt got a pair. Because I hate dropping a 500 dollar bass and I love going crazy on stage.

And I've had them wood glued in and that hold for a littlewhile. And I hate regluing it.

So would superglue/gorilla glue work better?

Why the hell are you gluing your straplocks?

Get a different brand. Make sure they're too stiff to move with your fingers. If you can't twist them shut with anything but pliers, then they're too loose.

patrick still posts here? weird. I fuggin hate Duncan Straplocks (which, ironically are on all of my guitars) it scares the **** out of me putting them on one of my new guitars cause the screw for it is longer and fatter than the original.

dude, the dunlop dual design are awesome. i have em on my strat and had them on my les paul. they work really good on any fender because fender uses smaller screws and holes so the bigger screw that the dunlop has can really grab on to the wood. one stripped out on my les paul though but i just stuck a toothpick in there and screwed it back on.
