Put the grill shell and hood on:

We put the grill shell and hood on, all that's left is the fenders and fixing the winshield and side glass for a better fit. It's starting to look like a car!!

Notice the sweet ghost flame action

It's a full fendered car (east coast rod), same as it was when my uncle drove it in the 50's. Fenderless cars (west coast rods) are horrible. Rocks, tar, ect screw up the paint on the body and they don't have that mean and finished look that the east coast rods do.

Plus, how would you see the ghost flames on the fenders if they wern't attached to the car?

When you look around the country though WCRs out number ECRs like 5 to 1. They get boring to look at too, there really isn't much to them to draw your eye.

looking sharp, ive never seen that look b4 (usually these rods get their stance by chopping the roof, you guys got it by lowering the frame) very original.

Yea, that's the original design, we're talking about replacing them with smaller ones, but we want to get the car together and driving first while we have all the parts. There's always time for tweaking later.

Originally the car was a high-boy (non-chopped roof and body on frame, just like factory), when my uncle was a kid a older friend of his who also had a '32 channeled his coupe (dropped the body over the frame so the bottom of the body is now even with the frame) and he always wanted to do it. It gives it a nice look, your comfort suffers a bit since you're sitting more even with the floor, but it's not bad and it makes it look real agressive, especially since you can control the rake of the body on the frame.
