Holy Crap (large pics, 56k beware)

Well, last night my aunt crashed her car into a post. She ended up with some bleeding in her head and a few cuts and a sprained ankle and is fine right now...but I cant say the same for the car...

So as you can see, my aunt is very lucky that she is barely injured, and she obviously wont be using that car much anymore....

My friend's g/f's car was a lot worse off than that, but that's pretty bad. How did it happen?

PS: The g/f's car was hit by an 18-wheeler AND a cement mixer. The guy in the car to her left got decapitated. Literally. The stupid driver in the 18-wheeler was incredibly drunk- he hit a cement mixer and they swerved across the road, smashing into the guy that got decapitated and the whole mass smashed the g/f's car into the cement wall to her right. If she had had her seat like half-a-foot back, she would have been smashed. Pretty scarey... but cool wreckage.

She isnt really sure, but from what we can piece together, she was on a two lane road and someone going the other way was trying to pass in her lane, so they were coming right at her and she tried to swerve out of the way and lost control. She hit a fence and actually knocked over a telephone pole. This is just what we think happened judging form the scene and what she does remember.

You know you could have sized them down a bit...not too hard. Open it in paint, pick the box that lets you cut, copy, paste, etc...right click "Strech/Skew" and put in like 50 percent each. It works

My brother did them and hosted them and I asked him if he could resize them cuz I knew someone would ***** about it, but he didnt want to, and I dont feel like dling them and re-sizing and re-hosting them so you can live with it.

The pics dont really do it justice. The front driver door is jammed a couple inches back into the rear one and wont open at all. The arm from the passenger door snapped off and went through the glove box, not to mention the engine block sits about where the driver should be. There is a lot of major damage you cant see. She also knocked a telephone pole over. They found out today that she broke her ankle and maybe her arm as well, but most of the point of this was that her injuries were very minimal compared to the accident.

It did put a bit of a damper on things, but it happened late and we didnt know about it till almost 10 at night, so at that point it didnt even really feel like easter anymore.

Must have bought it for the rear or something. Prolly is trying to fix a car of his and needed a part from that car that happened to survive. What kind of car was it that he crashed?
