Pain in The Knee :'(

Alright.

Yesterday during our weightlifting session i went over to the Leg press, slapped 3 45's on Each Side and starting working out. It was a good amount of weight, that counting the machine itself, and it was burning so i know it was working

But some douche bag has to come over right as im flexing out and start leaning on it.

"Hey Austin, i see your sweating and it looks like your getting tired."
"Brian Let me finish the set and you can use it"
"Nah i think ill just lean on you some more"
" GET THE **** OFF THE MACHINE"

So i go to fully flex ******d and try and get him off and i feel a Very sharp pain In my knee. I swing my legs off, he hits his head on a Foot panel and i hobble over to a chair.

Now whenever i walk/run i can feel sharp pain...its sort of hard to explain were. Its on both sides in 2 distinct areas. I have to go to practice now but ill up[date this later.

Anyone know what could have happened?

Tl;Dr my knee is ****ed up and i want to know whats wrong.

ive done that a few times on hard landings and it always gets better over the course of a few days. walk it off and hope youre ok is my advice

excersise it...for example, u can walk to a dept store, buy steeltoed boots, walk to his house, and do a few reps on his ass.

Im guessing you just strained it... I have horrible knees and some of you may remember my thread about them... My knees have caused me to miss football this year if you think it is somthing serious you should see a physician before it gets worse. I currently have one leg 2in longer than the other and a limp for the rest of my life....

Spyder- How about you try and push 250-300 lb Guys around? Then Stfu.

I take a Joint Supplement thing called "Move Free" , it supposedly adds cutioning at critical joints and what not.

smartest thing ive read in this thred so far. if someone is messing around with your weights while you lift, stop ntil they leave, because when pushing yourself to the limit, someone pushing you back will send you over..

last week when i try to stand ,i have pain the whole left leg, i cant walk and just sit or lie on bed. I take a rest for half day and the pain stoped. Now i walk normally .I think you should take a rest .I hope you recover soon.
