Question Fields in the NorthWest Pacific area?

Hoping to ask a few things from Woodsballers who've played on lots of fields in the following general areas:
  • British Columbia, Canada
  • Washington State, US
  • Oregon, US

Would really appreciate a reply. Thanks.

Certain types of fields?

Thanks bigtime for all the replies.

I'm hoping to get some impartial advice regarding different fields....from Players....as opposed to Field Owners/Operators. I'm looking for fields that are closest to the following....

Really thick, lush, dense forest terrain; the thicker, the better. Tall timber? Lots of ferns? Really thick? I think you get the idea. Oh, and cold/temperate/alpine....not tropical.

The regions I'm focused on are:

British Columbia, Canada
Washington State, US
Oregon, US

To get a really good idea of what I'm looking for, take a good look at all these links:

I appreciate your reply bigtime (and all the replies to my Post), but could you please re-word that? Sorry, but don't quite understand what you said there. No offence meant at all.

On a side note - the type of terrain I'm referring to....the links, etc....do people understand the type of terrain I'm referring to?

panther
tsawwassen (but they're closed now, according to Huck)

It would seem like every field would have something like this, but it's going to be pretty hard to find it. Land is expensive, and fields with this sort of terrain would require a lot of land. It's also difficult to build bunkers in a wooded area; it's hard to ref as well.

If you really want to play in a location like you're showing pictures of, your best bet is to make friends with somebody who owns the land, then convince people to come play some outlaw ball with you.

Check out KC crusaders then, as well as OPs paintball, those two have some of the best woodsball courses around, the problem I think you will find though is that if you want REALLY thick like your photos, its not going to be at a field, the woods courses at those fields has been used so many times they have trails beat into them and the growth is not as thick. you are going to have to play some outlaw ball if you want it to be super thick

dont expect to find tons of ferns, while they do grow here, they tend to be overrun by plants like blackberrys

what makes you want to play in super thick growth anyway?

Again, thanks heaps for the replies.
Sorry to seem clumsy - I understand some of the stuff being said, but not all.
Outlaw Ball = ????
Also, of the type of terrain I've shown, which field(s) are the most similar to that sorta terrain, from what you've seen?

Oh, and why super thick terrain? Just what I prefer...and better at it.

outlaw ball is paintball played on your own, as in not at a field. You get your paint air and friends together and go play in some woods, thats all

while technically true ^^^ as far as I know there are no laws against playing on county land (not city, county) however it is typically a good idea to check with the police first.

Read all the replies - thanks.

Can I please ask if anyone's got any photos or helmet cam footage of any of the following fields, just to get a really good idea?

Panther Paintball & Airsoft Sports Park

Maple Ridge Paintball - Delta Force Paintball

The problem with most photo galleries is that they mainly feature group photos, trophy photos, that sorta thing. I just wanna see really good snaps/footage of the fields.

No probs at all. Thanks for replying.
If you can keep an eye out for the type of fields/terrain I referred to, would be much appreciated.
