Confused about air tank/etek 5

I'm not new to paintball, but I sure feel new to it after buying my first speedball toy. I decided to get the etek 5, and I got a ninja air tank as well. However, after playing with it, I noticed that I forgot about the whole low pressure stuff. So... I need to know what pressure to set the tank at, and how to set the pressure in the first place. Or, do I not need to change anything? I'm just afraid I damaged my gun already or something. I appreciate whoever is willing to help me out.

the gun has a low pressure regulator built into it. You're fine.

Ninja manuals are pretty easy to follow, if you need to change the tank output pressure later in the future.

I wouldnt bother changing it, if you leave it as a high pressure tank that means it can be transferred onto just about any other marker out there and run it just fine but if you turn it to low pressure if you ever try to put it on something like a spyder or tippmann it wont work
