Should i pump?

I want to get into pump markers, or try one out. I have been paintballing about 4 times with semi-autos. Theres a PMI Trracer for $70 that I can buy. I understand this is an older gun, and its hard to repair, so is that worth it, or should i save up for a newer model?
Grandma: whats that in the box?
Me: Paint.
G: what kind of pain?
Me:...face paint

Do you own your own gear yet? It sounds like you want to get into the game, so id say say up for a phantom, or another more expensive, but reliable pump.

Edit: i forgot to say, if you dont have your own gear yet, its more important to have a nice well fitting mask then to have an expensive marker.

I hope to be buying my phantom this month. As for you, 70 is a pretty high price for a tracer. If I remember right you can get them for like 45-55 buck shipped.
I love my phantom.
