it's a Victory pump. I'ts fantastic, but pretty expensive.

Hahahaha.

I feel like most all of BL's markers are really really good? Buying any of them you'll already have a top of the line marker, there's not a whole ton of point in trying to find one that's just a tiddly bit better...

I've heard that they're a PIA. I've heard that fixing them can be a pain, but then again, every gun has its own problems...

Yup, that's the only rub to BL markers, pressure tester is a must. But $40, and you're set.
