Backyard Field: Any suggestions?

So here's the deal, my friends and I have been working on this field for about 2 weeks now and it's come a long way, but still needs more. I am looking for any suggestions on positions for capture the flag and other game modes, as well as any suggestions on what we should build or add to the field. The field is on about 4-5 acres of land. It is used for woodsball, but we would like to play other game modes as well as speed ball, which we do have an area set apart for this. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Tell us what you think about our field, as we are curious if other people in our hometown would play there.

*****Also, I forgot to mention that the one stream's source is air shoots from an old coal mine under the town. Therefore, there are open pockets that will swallow a man whole. What would be an appropriate rule for either crossing the bridges or having hazard areas marked off?*****

Orange lines indicate walls. Blue indicates the two streams that run through the field. The shaded boxes indicate bridges. Red lines are out of bounds. Solid red is where we need to do work. The green lined areas indicate hills capable of climbing to get to a vantage point.

Not AZN level price, there's not too many electro markers priced at the same level as the Talon.

why would we need a chronograph? we are all friends and therefore trust each other. and as for fps, i've found that personally and with approval of my friends that an fps of around 320 hurts less than a fps of around 280 for whatever reason this may be. it is probably due to the fact that your skin just goes numb when you get hit that fast.

Certain equipment like mask lenses, depending on quality, are not made to handle fps over 300
There's a good reason why 300 fps is the international speed limit

And it's not so much about trust as it is safety
You think it's ok until someone breaks a finger or goes blind

Your friends couldve crono'd to 280 the day before, and come back the next day and think they didnt touch anything, and the velocity be all the way at 350. It happens. I dont know how, but it does.
320 probably hurts less because the balls always break, meaning that there is no bounces, which hurt more since the ball is in contact with the skin longer.

Thanks for all of your advice and going back to your statement about "freak changes" in fps I find that very interesting. I will have to do a study on this and find out the reason for this and ways to reduce the possibility of this happening.

around $70ish for a handheld one.

and yes, based on temperature, humidity, and springs, markers will fluctuate day-by-day.

If all your buddies pitch in $10, than you can buy a chrono in no time

That I could easily agree with. I planned on starting to charge some other kids around town if they wanted to play like 3-5 dollars for the day, just for money to put into the field. We are always looking for improvements. In my opinion, the better the field, the more people we will get showing up to play. In the end all I can hope for is 10 on 10 matches of all different game modes. *** Can anyone provide me with a link or list of different game modes that are fun to play? ***

Be careful with that

If you start charging people to play, and stuff happens, you can get in serious trouble with the law

It would just be friends and seeing as how we are all jack***es anyways I don't think any of them would have problems with anything going wrong. There is always alternative solutions to anything here, and besides it wouldn't be required it would be more of a donation type thing for the greater good of the field, but thanks for your concern it's a very good point.
