One Big Game Or Many smaller games

I am starting a Field in the Spring, and I am looking for input from Rec. Players. I was interested if you guys prefer to play one big long game. Or shorter games with different Format.

probably shorter games, if your playing a large game if someone gets out its rather frustrating to sit for that long and watch your friends play

Longer games with reinsertion rules or shorter quicker games are okay with me.

maybe 2 or 3 largish games with re-insertions? that way if the teams are uneven in game one you can swap them around a bit and if you play 3 games like that it makes it so everyone can play a few different fields or at least play from each side of the field
