I have a 04 spyder fenix leaking air out the bottom of the regulator where the Alan screw is. Any idea of what the cause could be? I know it’s a older gun but one of you veterans should know.

Those regulators are pretty terrible, if you have the parts I would just get rid of it. You don't actually need it for the marker anyway.

That said, chances are it just needs a rebuild. Couple of o rings is hopefully all you need, if it's the regulator seat you are going to have a harder time rebuilding it because those are harder to find these days
