NT bolt design is much more efficient.

PMR/PR/PRR bolt design is essentially a simplified fuse bolt design from the regular matrix design. Simplified in terms of operation, that is. It's an unbalanced version of that very same bolt.

The NT uses a different bolt system with essentially an auto-sealing dump chamber, thus greatly increasing it's efficiency over the Rails that stay open for however long the dwell is set for.
