88/4500 stubby tank w/ pmi reg - hydro date of 08/02. in other words, doesn't need to be rehydroed till 08/07. looking to either trade for something smaller - 68/45, 72/45 stubby, or 45/45 w/ a relatively new hydro (a year or two). also willing to sell for $160 shipped OBO.
