I just got my new DP Fusion F8 in today. It looks awesome, and I just finished adjusting the trigger so it doesn't suck like it does out of the box.

My question to the pros here is this. The Fusion F8 came with an ASA on the gun. However, they also included a RAPS on/off that can be swapped out to replace the ASA. I know the RAPS is a little simpler in design (Flip on, flip off), but is there any other reason to use it over the stock ASA the gun came with?

My second question is about the ASA. When you turn the knob counterclockwise to allow the air to flow through the ASA from the HPA tank, how far do you have to unscrew it to provide sufficient air to the gun? Do you back it all the way out, or is half way usually enough?

I did a search and couldn't find the answers. The manual that came with the fusion sucks and doesn't have any diagrams or instructions for this type of stuff.

Thanks!

It's best to screw it in all the way allowing maximum airflow to your gun.
