washer, driver, finished basement (two girls live down there), 4 bedrooms (2 are master sized), 1 full bath, one 3 piece, one 2 piece, fully furnish living room, dining room, back deck, one car garage, two fridges, complete kitchen.mine came with a washer, dryer, full basement, 4 bedrooms2 full baths, a living room, dining room, kitche, front and back porch.
especially psu dorms. not the prettiest of places, thats for sure.Next year I'm paying $500 a month for two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, bar, washer/dryer, kitchen (with dishwasher), parking, and all utilities paid for. It's all furnished as well and only a block away from campus. Not too shabby at all for Penn State, everything else is either more expensive or farther away.
Really beats the hell out of a dorm. I don't know how anyone could stay in a dorm for four years, it would drive me insane.
