I have no idea what's going on. I just bought a Mini for my son and the first trip out the bolt keeps sticking foreward and it'll leak really bad. I've taken it apart and replaced orings. I can't see anything wrong. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I haven't had a single problem out of mine (knock on wood) yet. We are nOOb's but I can read instructions and trouble shooting sections and no luck. I guess I can call Kee Action and see what they say. I like asking the forum for input first. Thanks. It is lubed up properly as well.

I guess I'm the only one with this prob. I've heard of alot of inconsistencies with this marker. Some never have issues while others are simply lemons. I guess I'll take it completely apart and change every single oring. If that doesn't work I'll send it in for warranty repairs.

Lemmonhead68,
you aren't the only one who has had this problem. I recently purchased a mini off of eBay and when I got it, I went to gas it up, and it did the same thing you are describing. When I begin to feed pressure into the system, the bolt protrudes forward and you can see it when looking down the feedneck. If I back the air out, the bolt then retracts back. I have been struggling to find an answer to this as well. Have you been able to fix this yet?

I actually sent it back to Kee Action Sports. I went over everything with the tech. and we couldn't figure it out. I was going to start swapping parts over with my other Mini but figured I'd just send it in under warranty. I'm sure it's something simple. I did try swapping the whole bolt assembly and it still did it. The other one worked fine still.

I actually tried the whole assembly in another mini and it worked fine, and vice versa and it stuck with the other assembly which work perfectly in the other marker. So I'd have to eleminate the bolt-spring, guide or poppet as the root cause....We'll see what Kee Action techs. say it is.

I received word from Kee Action that it was a bad solenoid causing my problems. They replaced it and it supposedly works fine now. I'm still waiting for delivery. Thanks for all of your input!!!
